Nigeria’s innovative bank, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc has introduced security measures on its bank 737 mobile banking platform which has been vulnerable to fraud ever since the platform launched in 2015.
Complaints trailed GTBank’s 737 simple banking platform and after many requests the bank rolled out a four-digit PIN to complete a transaction.
The 737 simple banking platform now requires a four-digit PIN to complete transactions. According to a message sent out to bank customers February 22, the process for creating a PIN is simple, to create PIN for GTBANK 737 simply Dial *737*5#, Input the last 6 digits of your Debit Card Create your 4-digit PIN.
