I tried making an online payment with my Verve card and you people deducted my money and the payment didn’t reflect on what am paying for, So I tried reporting the case to your branch where I opened the account and they said they have lodged complaint but till now I have not gotten a refund! Please sir/ma Kindly help on what step to take to get a refund of my money. Thanks.

I cannot check my acct balance and make fund transfer on my mobile phone any more unlike before when I used to do it at will with your bank codes. When I complained at one of your branches, the response turned me off, telling me to download the bank app. Even, when I downloaded the app with my Sterling Bank registered phone number, I still didn’t get it after promising to send my app with pin code with which I use to register it. Up till now, I am yet to receive the pin code. You people should be customer- oriented.
