Odianosen Adodo, an artisan based in Benin City, has became owner of an exquisite 4-bedroom duplex in Rivers State, having emerged the grand prize winner of the fifth bi-monthly draw of the Fidelity ‘Save -4 Shelter’ promotion.
The house is located at 7A, 5th Avenue off Road 2, Rumuibekwe Housing Estate, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The lender has so far given out N29 million as rent support to winners of its ongoing savings promo.
Speaking at the fifth prize presentation of the Save-4 Shelter promo in Port Harcourt, Nnamdi Okonkwo, managing director/CEO, Fidelity Bank plc, said the savings promo was designed specifically to raise awareness on the need for the Nigerian populace to imbibe a savings culture.
The managing director, who spoke through the executive director, South, Aku Odinkemelu, reiterated the bank’s commitment towards the provision of superior customer service, and formally handed over the keys and title deeds of the high-value property to Adodo in an elaborate ceremony.
The bank also presented cash and consolation prizes to the following customers: Nkeiruka Chijioke (N500,000), Eric Amadi (generator set) and Igbagara Lee Barile (refrigerator).
Adodo expressed his sincere gratitude to the bank, and urged other financial institutions to tow the same line of rewarding their customers.
Last November, Hadiza Kuburat Umar Suleiman won the first promo 4-bedroom duplex located at Lingo Estate, Lokogoma, Abuja. At the Lagos event, which was coordinated by the executive director, Lagos and South West, Nneka Onyeali-Ikpe, the bank disclosed that over 200 winners were expected to emerge by the time the promo ends in April.
All a customer has to do, the lender said, is to open an account with Fidelity Bank with a minimum deposit of N20,000 or top up existing accounts with incremental N10,000. This makes the customer eligible for the monthly draw. The savings account could be any in the savings bouquet, which includes the Fidelity Savings Accounts (FSA), Fidelity Personal Savings (FPSS), SWEETA, etc.
