FirstBank to improve service delivery

First Bank of Nigeria Limited on Thursday said it had created a value chain of support for the interests and activities of its customers.

The lender said with varying categories of products and services to support businesses across market segments, it was set to ensure that its customers’ lifestyles align with their planned scripts for their lives.

According to a statement, FirstBank has unique products and services designed to support the goals and aspirations of small and medium-scale enterprises, the affluent, the youth, and the mass market.

The bank said it had created several online and mobile applications to boost convenience and ease of banking for its customers.

It said that its customers would be able to transfer funds, pay bills, buy airtime and stay updated on the latest global trend from their mobile telephones using the FirstMobile app and the FirstBank LOOP – a lifestyle app.

It said, “The FirstMobile app conveniently allows customers to carry out banking transactions on the go from their mobile phones as well as enhances their digital banking experience. With the LOOP app, customers are assured of premium content from across the world delivered right to their mobile phones.

“FirstBank offers exclusive financial tools and products to its premium customers such as the First Exclusive current account, which pays interest without charging a maintenance fee. Also, the FirstOnline internet banking enables customers to carry out a variety of transactions from anywhere in the world.”

The lender said its mortgage products were designed to part-finance the acquisition, construction and refinancing of residential propery or office complexes for the SMEs that desired to own their business premises.

The Group Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications, FirstBank, Folake Ani-Mumuney, was quoted to have said, “The bank’s continuous delivery of suitable and bespoke products and services to enhance its customers’ lifestyle is another way FirstBank is putting its customers first.
