Ecobank customers complain over faulty mobile app, hostile customer care staff

I don’t receive alerts due to change of number but getting my alert on my new line is becoming more difficult than a job interview. The customer care personnel demand I provide an affidavit before I can use my fully registered MTN sim card and my ATM card isn’t working.  It is the third card I have collected between 2016/ 2017, how awkward. I don’t know if the cards don’t last or my own don’t last. I really can’t say.

Akanle Olatunji Ecobank needs to improve on their Services. I can’t venture into this mobile app banking because if you do any transfer using the app, there would be delay in the transaction process. When you report the problem, you will be asked to fill form. Believe me; the problem will remain unresolved.
