First City Monument Bank (FCMB) has signed a Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) with Bizi Mobile Cashless Consultancy on the social intervention feeding programme of the federal government in Jigawa State.
According to the managing director/CEO Bizi Mobile, Alhaji Aminu Bizi, the pact will see his agency interface between the bank and its customers located within the 27 local government areas.
He said, “For example, the woman in the rural area where there is no bank who will be participating in the federal government’s social intervention school feeding programme, will go to any Bizi Mobile agent in her locality to collect her money through mobile banking,” Alhaji Bizi explained that the pact is very important because Bizi Mobile will serve as a solution in rural areas where there is no banking, because Jigawa State has only one FCMB branch.
“Bizi Mobile Cashless Consultant Limited are the only reliable banking agency in Nigeria, hence the endorsement we are receiving from key players in the banking industry.
“We are poised to ensuring that every Nigerian is provided with mobile banking facility through our network that covers the length and breadth of the nation,” he added.
