Nigerian Navy gives update on 2019 recruitment – application ongoing at joinnigeriannavy.com – The Nigerian Navy has warned prospective candidates against falling prey to swindlers who may demand gratification from them during the ongoing online registration for recruitment into the service – visit  www.joinnigeriannavy.com to apply now.

The Navy issued the warning on Tuesday in statement signed on behalf of the Chief of the Naval Staff by Commodore S. Dahun.

The statement reads, “The Nigerian Navy wishes to inform the general public and all interested applicants that the on-going online registration for the 2019 Recruitment Exercise which commenced on 21 January 2019 is free.

“Applicants are advised in their own interest not to give any form of gratification or inducement to any person or group of persons to assist them in the recruitment exercise. Applicants are also adviced not to patronise any website or social media platform that asks for money to get them recruited into the Service.

“Qualified applicants who successfully pass the Aptitude Test will be shortlisted and have their names posted on the Nigerian Navy Recruitment Portal.

“Prospective applicants are to access guidelines for the enlistment on the Nigerian Navy Recruitment Portal, www.joinnigeriannavy.com. Applicants are to also check for full detailed instruction at www.navy.mil.ng
