The board of directors of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc has requested an extension of time to submit half year audited financial statements.
In a letter addressed to the Nigerian Stock exchange dated July 8th, the bank said the board of directors is scheduled to meet on July 27th to consider the audited financial reports of the half year ended June 30th, 2016. Issues relating to interim dividends may also be discussed.
