Why N-Power Program Should Be Exclusive for HND Holders

The federal government social empowerment programme (N-POWER) is a good thing for the legions of the unemployed graduates & youths.

However, the federal government is getting it wrong by not targeting the appropriate section of the unemployed.

Considering the massive discrimination HND & OND holders have suffered in Nigeria over the past years, it will only be ‘fair and proper’ for the federal government to now introduce and practice the policy of ‘REVERSED DISCRIMINATION’ in favour of the OND & HND holders in other to balance the inequalities the OND & HND holders have suffered and endured.

To this end, the N-POWER programme should be totally reserved for OND & HND holders.

The BSc holders have always been pampered and over-valued, and do not deserve all the advantages they have enjoyed both in private and government employment.

The advantages given to the BSc holders must now be also offered the HND holders.

Let the Reversed-Discrimination’ now begin with the N-POWER program
